Autumn Yang Shen Workshop

The first recording in the Yang Shen Workshop series is finally available!

This is the card I mention in the recording. A perfect example of the bounty of the autumn season.

Hello loves! I had to go scrolling through my calendar to find when this workshop happened! I have very little memory of April such was the whirlwind return from Japan. I feel like I’m still playing catch up. But here we are regardless! Below is the recording for paid subscribers. It’s a bit of a wild ride (at one point there is a giant bug flapping around the studio 🤣) It’s funny, I have been in the habit of running more formal educational webinars over the last year and I was in that format as I launched into this workshop. The actual feeling of these workshops though is much more personal and interactive! I say this to assure you that in the coming 5 workshops things will be a lot softer , and more intuitively run and I sincerely invite you to send in your questions about living seasonally and in accordance with the five elements.
