It’s been two weeks since my webinar on Peri-Menopause -An integrated approach with TCM. Thank you so much for the resounding support. The recording and all the bonuses are up and ready to go! There was over 25 of you for the live launch and many of you have watched the reply since. It is available to purchase!
Prior to the webinar I asked my instagram community, what were some of the main issues, or things you were seeing in clinic, that you hoped I would be covering in the webinar.
ALL of the responses were in regards to vaginal atrophy, symptoms of dry vagina and pelvic and bladder related issues!
All of them.
I really didn’t see that coming.
Although I should have seen that coming with my own story published here.
I thought there would be some queries about hot flushes, or brain fog, maybe the research on dementia coming through.

For education on the vaginal microbiome and what is happening in the menopausal vagina I recommend the work of Moira Bradfield and her work at Intimate Ecology. Her facebook group has a wealth of knowledge.
What I am sharing here through a TCM lens is an understanding of the way that urogenital health can be impacted by fluctuating hormones in Peri Menopause, and the interplay between stress, biology, diet and movement and why a multi-faceted approach is necessary.
